Over the past decade, she has been actively investing in real estate and discovered a strong passion for property ownership and the hands-on role of being a landlord. In 2020, she became a licensed real estate agent to manage her own transactions and support investor clients with property acquisitions and sales.
Kimberlee’s firsthand experience as an investor led her to recognize a gap in the Berkshire County market for ethical, high-quality property management. That realization inspired the founding of the company, built on the belief that real estate can generate strong returns while also delivering a positive, dependable living experience for residents.

Over the past decade, he has successfully renovated multiple properties and built a solid foundation as an experienced landlord.
With a broad and highly technical skill set that spans plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general property maintenance, Fabian is known for his ability to resolve virtually any issue with precision and efficiency. His engineering background gives him a unique edge in diagnosing problems and delivering lasting solutions. He leads our in-house maintenance team with a strong commitment to quality workmanship and reliability.
